A land remediation business had secured three concurrent remediation contracts requiring simultaneous deployment of six machines - two 13-tonne excavators, two 6-tonne excavators, and two articulated dumpers. Their existing fleet was fully committed on other contracts. Financing six machines simultaneously across potentially multiple lenders would be complex and slow.
Our Solution
Doulton structured a single fleet hire purchase facility covering all six machines from a single funder. This simplified documentation, produced a single monthly repayment, and allowed all six machines to be delivered simultaneously from the same dealer. The three concurrent contracts provided strong multi-site income coverage.
The Outcome
All six machines delivered and deployed across the three contracts simultaneously. Fleet managed as a single HP facility with one monthly payment. All three contracts completed on programme. The business has retained the machines for subsequent contracts.
