King Air 250 Market Prices
The King Air 250 (marketed from around 2010, replacing the B200GT) trades from around £1.2m for early used examples up to £3.5m for recent, well-equipped aircraft. As a derivative of the long-established B200, the 250 benefits from an enormous global fleet, strong parts support and a liquid resale market.
Lenders view the King Air 250 positively - its operating economics and parts availability reduce residual value risk, often resulting in competitive LTV ratios.
Comparing King Air 250 to King Air 350 Finance
The 250 typically attracts similar LTV and rate structures to the 350, though the smaller cabin and shorter range keep prices - and therefore loan amounts - lower. For buyers stepping up from a single-engine turboprop such as a TBM or PC-12, the 250 is a natural progression. Finance can often be structured as a 'swap' with existing aircraft proceeds used as deposit.
The twin-engine rating requirement and higher operating costs of the 250 versus a PC-12 are practical considerations we can help you model alongside the finance.
