Are concrete mixer trucks harder to finance than standard trucks?

They are specialist assets with a narrower buyer pool for used vehicles, which affects residual values. Some mainstream lenders are less comfortable with mixers. We work with specialist lenders who understand the ready-mix sector.

Can I refinance my current concrete mixer fleet?

Yes. Sale and leaseback allows you to release equity from mixers you own outright. We can arrange this if the assets are under 10 years old and in good condition.

Is the mixer drum financed with the chassis?

Yes - the complete vehicle including drum and all ancillaries is financed as one asset. The body builder invoice from the drum manufacturer is included in the finance package.
